Shipping Policy:

  • Processing time: Once payment has been processed and cleared, orders are processed and shipped out on the next business day.
  • Handling time: You will receive your order within two to five business days from the date the item was processed and shipped out. Your tracking information will be emailed to you immediately after your order has been processed for shipment.
  • Wrong address: Please make sure the shipping address is correct. Fashion Closet Inc. will not be responsible for a shipping address that has been entered into our system incorrectly. If you think you have entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately.
  • Shipment schedule: Fashion Closet Inc.’s shipping days are Monday-Friday. Items will not be shipped on weekends or holidays.
  • Return and refund policy: Returns are accepted fourteen days from the purchase date. The product must be returned in its original condition. The customer must provide the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds are not available for any item purchased on sale.
